Celebrating it’s 12th year, OktoberWest celebrates beer at the base of beautiful Steamboat Resort. With an
anticipated 40 brewers and 3,500 beer enthusiasts in attendance, this beloved Steamboat event includes live music, fantastic food, and festivities.   • Brewery Benefits: 
    • Complimentary: (2) rooms for two nights (some rooms are 2 bedrooms in a four-bedroom condo with another brewery)
    • Complimentary tickets to Friday night's Downtown Beer Stroll
    • Inclusion on all marketing/promotional materials, dedicated social media posts, and advertising logo recognition.

  • Each Brewery Must Provide: 
    •  4oz. tasting portions for attendees throughout the event
    •  Two style of beers, four kegs total (If bringing cans, please let me know)
    • Two handle jockey box
    • Keg tubs
    •  Table coverings or promotional items you would like to display or hand out
    •  10x10 branded Brewer tent
    •  Water pitchers and dump buckets for rinsing mugs
    •  Please email a vector file of your logo to Jennifer (if you participated in 2019, no need to send)

  • OktoberWest Provides: 
    • (2) 6ft tables
    • Refrigerated beer storage prior to the event
    • Ice - Tasting glasses - Recycle bins
    • Saturday event and meal tickets (4 per brewery)

Vendor Application

OktoberWest will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2020. The hours of operation will be 2:00PM – 6PM. OktoberWest consists of live music, 40 breweries, the I Love Beef Cook-Off competition, activities, and food. On average 3,000 people attend the event each year.

IMPORTANT: Only online applications will be accepted in 2020. Payments may be made via check for $150 (mail to: Steamboat Mountain Village Partnership, 2305 Mount Werner Circle, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487) or credit card for $154.50 (3% processing charge). Once your application has been approved, you will receive an invoice and contractual documents, these will be provided to to you electronically. Please note that your application is considered incomplete until these are complete.

For ACCEPTED vendors selling items must adhere to all rules and regulations, taxes, etc. as determined by the City of Steamboat. Steamboat Mountain Village Partnership is unable to file any applicable licenses for you.
